Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all handles and lids are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
